Bekaert teamed up with Flexso for People to implement the Recruiting Management and Recruiting Posting solution from SAP SuccessFactors Talent Solutions and integrate it into its SAP HCM platform. We developed and configured global templates, set up the solution and coordinated the project from start to finish. By listening carefully to the HR team and the regional offices, Flexso was determined to make this platform fit the users’ needs like a glove.

The result?

Every day, employees, hiring managers, HR and recruiters at Bekaert sites around the world rely on the user-friendly, internal suite to source, select and engage new talent. Meanwhile, job seekers are tempted to reach out themselves and apply through new, intuitive Bekaert job description pages.
