To manage the complex HR needs of its three divisions (Graphics, HealthCare and Specialty Products) in numerous regional branches, Agfa called on Flexso for People. Using SAP SuccessFactors, we created a global HR system based on the diverse needs of each division. The solution streamlines HR activities, enhances the employee experience and helps Agfa recruit next-generation talent.

Gearing up for success in digital HR

As a digital frontrunner, Agfa wanted to reimagine its HR strategy in an innovative way. More specifically, they wanted a cloud-based, user-friendly, flexible and intelligent solution. It was obvious from the start that standardizing and harmonizing HR data and processes would be fundamental to the project. Flexso for People implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. The first allows staff members to update their personal information and request leave using slick digital tools, thereby boosting employee efficiency. Additionally, it helps HR departments manage employee data more efficiently. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting makes it easier for Agfa to attract the next generation of digitally savvy workers that will support growth and innovation in the years ahead.
